The 9-10th May marked the second round of the British F4 season. The series took its first visit to Brands Hatch for the year. Here is everything that went down.

Qualifying
The series debuted a new split group qualifying format. The group with the fastest overall time would line up on the odd side of the grid (essentially taking pole). Group A came out fastest with Adam Al Azhari claiming his first pole position of the year. Ethan Lennon topped group B to take 2nd place.
Race 1
Adam Al Azhari also had the second fastest lap time, putting him on pole for race 1. The race was a calm one, with Ethan Jeff-Hall claiming his first win of the year after choosing to return to the series. Al Azhari only dropped one place in the race to finish 2nd. In P3 was Tommy Harfield, claiming CDR’s first podium of the year and his own.
Race 2
Jarrett Clark claimed the reverse grid pole position for race 2. He kept a clean and tidy race to claim a pole to win, claiming his first win of the year. An American rookie driving for Fortec came in to claim his first podium in the series and finish P2, and in doing so claiming P1 among the rookies. The overall podium was completed by Jaber Alsabah.

Race 3
For the final race of the weekend, Adam Al Azhari took his second pole position start. Things didn’t go his way in the race though as he came through to finish P9. Dries Van Langendonck was able to capitalize on this and claim his first podium of the weekend, his third win of the year. Kit Belfosky came through the field to finish in P2, followed by Cole Heweston to complete the podium.
