Last time out McLaren junior, Dries Van Langendonck, took a win in Race 3 to increase his gap at the top of the championship. Another standout driver is Jarrett Clark, he took a win in Race 2 and is steadily gaining points and climbing the championship.
Looking towards Snetterton circuit, it is often regarded as one of the most demanding circuits on the British F4 calendar. It requires skill, practice and a lot of focus. The circuit is a true mix of long straights and sharp braking zones, messing with strategy. In qualifying slipstreams will come into play, a rightly timed overtake for a driver could be the difference between P1 or P10. In the race, tyre management will take the limelight. Being able to work the tyres through the braking zones whilst keeping them well will become critical to the race.
The circuit itself is 3 miles long and consists of 12 corners, making it one of the longer ones on the series calendar. The lap record for British F4 is 1:48.075 and was set by Noah Lisle.
