We're back racing! This time it was at Croft Circuit, where Tom Ingram took the lead from Ash Sutton in the Championship, building an eight-point advantage between him and his rival. Daniel Rowbottom came home in third, while Jake Hill was unable to race.

NAPA
Ash Sutton suffered a puncture in Race 1, ending the race the unsuccessful race in 20th. Dan Camish, on the other hand, crossed the line in 2nd, having a strong start to the weekend.
Then Race 2 came along, where Ash came back, turning his weekend around by finishing in 5th despite his pain in Race 1. Daniel Rowbottom was on soft tires and climbed up to first place!
Finally, Race 3, what can I say? Dan Camish had to retire his car after contact on the opening lap. Daniel Rowbottom dropped to P15 and Ash came back up again and took first place, overtaking his rival Tom Ingram.
“Say you win the championship with bad races,” - Ash Sutton said to the BTCC after Race 3.
Jake Hill
Jake Hill had to pull out of this BTCC weekend because of a viral infection, meaning, sadly, we were unable to see him on track.
In his place, the team put Colin Turkington in the car. Despite not having driven a session since April, he did a great job in FP2.
Max Buxton
Max is a 19-year-old driver making his debut and he is the youngest driver on the current grid! He is racing with TOYOTA GAZOO Racing UK.
“I’m extremely excited to be making my BTCC debut with TOYOTA GAZOO Racing UK with IAA at Croft weekend. This is without doubt a dream come true for me as I intend to grab the opportunity with both hands and make the most of it” - Max Buxton, BTCC website.
