Ella Häkkinen: Rising Motorsport Star

The ongoing journey of rising motorsport star, Ella Häkkinen, daughter of Mika Häkkinen.

Ella Häkkinen, daughter of two time Formula one world champion, Mika Häkkinen, has been making name for herself in the world of motorsport, becoming the youngest member of the McLaren Driver Development Programme. 

In the earlier stages of Ella's career, she competed in various European karting championships, claiming her first major international victory at the 2024 Champions of The Future Academy in Cremona, Italy. Her potential was quickly recognized, leading to her joining the McLaren Driver Development Programme in November 2025 at only 14 years old, becoming their youngest member.

On April 2nd 2026, Ella was announced as a driver in the F4 Central European Zone Championship for Jenzer Motorsport, set to make her single seater debut on 10-12 April 2026 at the Red Bull Ring, finishing 9th overall and claiming the 1st place female trophy on her debut race.
