The European Le Mans Series returns to Spa-Francorchamps after the summer break for the 4 hours of Spa. This legendary circuit is one of the most challenging tracks on the calendar.

A Difficult Circuit
Spa-Francorchamps is 7.004 km long and has 19 corners. The track is known for being fast and having a flowy layout, with massive elevation changes throughout the lap.
One of the most famous corners are Eau Rouge and Raidillon. Drivers are approaching the combination of corners at high speed before climbing up the hill. Another famous section is the Long Kemmel Straight which provides a good overtaking opportunity during the race.

Strategy and Weather
Spa is a track known for its unpredictable weather. The rain can hit one part of the circuit while the rest remains completely dry, creating difficult decisions that the teams have to make.
With a four hour race, the most important will be the tyre management and pit-stop strategy to make sure you don't end up in traffic, because it's a long circuit and a small mistake can have a big impact on your results on race day.
