Proudford-Nalder Takes Second British F4 Victory

Australian driver, George Proudford-Nalder took a race victory in the final race of the weekend at Donington Park.
On pole for Race 3 was Chris Dittmann Racing’s Tommy Harfield once more looking to take a race victory and starting on the front row alongside him was Virtuosi’s George Proudford-Nalder. The lights went green and wheel to wheel went Harfield and Proudford-Nalder but Harfield managed to keep the lead. Jeff-Hall made his way up into second and was putting pressure on Harfield for the lead.
O’Grady went into the gravel, unfortunately out of the race and the incident triggered the deployment of a safety car which neutralised the grid. On the restart Alsabah went into the barrier and a three wide battle for the lead between Harfield, Jeff-Hall and Proudford-Nalder and into the gravel went Harfield and Jeff-Hall.
This led to another safety car deployment and on the second restart, Proudford-Nalder managed to hang onto the race lead. With three and a half minutes left there were red flags waved for an incident between Timo Jüngling and Ethan Carney as well as Haarni Sadiq in the gravel and race control noted the race would not restart.
Proudford-Nalder took his second victory of the season, alongside him on the podium were Rodin Motorsport’s Ethan Lennon and JHR Developments Lewis Wherrell.
