Rising Talent Academy - The Motorsports Group Inspiring The Next Generation

Formula One, Karting and everything that falls under the motorsport umbrella is such a vast and challenging industry to work in - with financial barriers one of the major factors constantly dissuading people from working in the industry. Every year aspiring drivers, journalists, photographers and more give up their dreams due to these factors, however an up-and-coming, developing youth programme, is on a mission to make motorsport more inclusive and accessible for all who are interested in working in such a big industry.
The Mission:
‘Passionate, Inclusive, Dedicated’ These three words sit at the heart of Rising Talent Academy, the team behind it and their supporters. In 2025, the journey started, with an aim to make careers more accessible, for those wishing to break into the world.
Collaborations and Growth:
Since their inception in March 2025, Rising Talent Academy (or RTA) has grown beyond a small group of dedicated volunteers. Over time RTA has seen major growth across their socials, with over 2.6k followers across 6 different platforms, highlighting the determination of all involved behind the scenes.
The team grew from Becca, the founder, to a strong group of over 20 passionate volunteers specialising in social media content creation, photographers, designers and outreach representatives. Alongside the team, RTA saw an influx of partnerships with other groups, all working their way up in the sports media world. These partnerships include Blackridge Motorsport, The Rookie Reporters, Girls in Motorsport and Beyond, and STEM Racing team, Ignite Racing.
The team behind Rising Talent Academy are fully committed and dedicated to the mission, working hard to create engaging, interesting content and collaborating on ways they can spread the mission of the group to more people.
Rising Talent Talkers - Adding Voices To Each Story:
More recently, Rising Talent Academy set up a podcast, Rising Talent Talkers. The aim of this podcast is to highlight the untold stories of the people behind all aspects of motorsport - their careers, experiences and insider knowledge to help future generations go further in their careers.
The podcast features a variety of team members as hosts, asking questions and getting to onow their guests.

Digital Posters:
Currently, Rising Talent Academy are offering aspiring drivers the chance to have free, promotional posters made. These digital posters highlight their skills in the car and make a great addition to RTA's portfolio of services. The amount of dedicated and skilled individuals that were so adamant to join the team was incomprehensible. This team and this project means so much to me, as someone who believes that this mission could truly impact motorsports in such a positive way and someone who only wants to make a difference.
