Who is Nicolo Bulega?

If you are a fan of motorbike racing, you may have heard of the name Nicolo Bulega, but who is he? Well, let me introduce you to the WorldSBK rider and his history!

Early Life
Born on the 16th of October 1999, the Italian rider is the son of former Grand Prix motorcycle rider Davide Bulega.
Career
Nicolo started his career at just 8 years old in the Italian Minimoto Championship. In 2010, he made his debut in the MiniGP 50 Italian and European Championships, going on to win both in 2011. In 2012, he won the Italian Championship 125 PreGP, followed by winning the Italian Championship PreGP 250 in 2013. Nicolo then moved into the CEV Moto3 Championship, finishing 6th and getting two podium finishes in his rookie season. In his second season in the series, he went on to win the championship. He would go on to compete in the Moto3 World Championship from 2015 tp 2018. Bulega would then move to Moto2 in 2019 and would compete there utill 2021, as he moved to the Supersport World Championship for 2022 and 2023 with Aruba.it Racing Ducati.

Last year, Nicolo Bulega made his WorldSBK debut with the Factory Ducati Team who placed second in the championship, after Bulega won 6 races and had 15 second places to Toprak Razgatlioglu. Nicolo is currently second to Toprak in the 2025 Championship with 381 points.
