Great Britain secured a win in their 1st Group Stage, claiming victory over Norway in the Winter Olympic Curling.

Introduction
Bruce Mouat and Jen Dodds overcame a power cut in the arena and the loss of their first end to seal a stunning win for Great Britain in their 1st group game against Norway!
Report
The Scottish duo were considered to be serious contenders for a medal in this event, having cut relaxed figures in the Cortina Curling area - home of curling at this year's Winter Olympics.
Both proved to be fierce competitors, as even the loss of light in parts of the Curling Arena during the opening parts of the game didn't stop them from bringing their A-game and pushing for greater in the tournament.
Mouat and Dodds won 8-6, righting the wrongs of the 2022 semi-finals, where they unfortunately lost to the Norwegian team. The duo have proven themselves to be resilient and determined, keeping their eyes on the prize as they advance through the competition.
