Green Takes Fifth Victory of 2026
As the GB4 Championship headed into the final race weekend, Green took a victory which started to close the gap between himself and Alex O’Grady.
Green started on pole for Race 1 with Thomas Ingram Hill alongside him on the front row. Fred Green got a good getaway as Ingram Hill dropped three places with O’Grady getting ahead. Going into the Cooper Straight, Miall’s car spun around but she managed to rejoin the track. Side by side towards Hawthorns went Coulthard and Del Grosso with slight contact between the pair of them.
Koh slid across the gravel managing to safely rejoin. Off at Hawthorn went the Arden Motorsport of Solenn Amrouche, triggering a safety car deployment, neutralising the grid. With 7 minutes to go, we went back to green with the Elite Motorsport of Fred Green having a great restart. Further down the grid, Martin and McDaniel went wheel to wheel with McDaniel ahead.
For the fifth time in GB4 it was Fred Green who took the top step of the podium ahead of championship leader O’Grady and on the final step of the podium it was Thomas Ingram Hill.
