Rising Youth Soccer Talents: Will These Boys Be Our Future Stars?

Scouting and developing youth soccer talent focuses on a mix of technical fundamentals (first touch, two footed play), tactical intelligence, physical attributes and mental resilience. Global youth motoring systems continually identify standout teenage prodigies, with players like Konstantinos Kareetsas, Ayyoub Bouaddi and Franco Mastantuono currently ranking among the top 100 teenagers in world soccer.
Before we start to talk about our young soccer talents, we need to know what exact skills the scouts are looking for in young boys and girls.

He is already a very popular player who has big teams such as Borussia Dortmund (German Bundesliga) and Galatasaray (Turkish Süper Lig) interested in him. His strengths are dribbling, the final pass, reacting to chances and finishings, while his weakness is reaching his top speed.
Secondly, we will talk about Ayyoub Bouaddi.
Ayyoub was born on the 2nd of October, 2007 in Morocco. He uses his strong left foot in the central midfield. Right now he's playing at LOSC Lille (Ligue 1) and has his market value set at 50 Million Euros and has Manchester City (Premier League) very interested in him. His strengths are things such as press resistance, maturity and progressive ball carrying, while his main weakness is defensive anticipation.
Lastly we’re going to talk about Franco Mustantuono.
Franco was born on the 14th of August, 2007 in Azul/Argentina. He uses his strong left foot when playing on the right outside. His current market value is set at 45 Million Euros, as he’s playing for Real Madrid. His strengths are things like ball control and dribbling, reaching his top speed and creative passing and playmaking. Meanwhile his weaknesses are final ball and finishing.
