Donington Park
Donington Park where do I start? This race was the kick off of the season. With Ash Sutton as the big winner of the weekend winning two out of three races on Sunday which led to him leading the championship. Tom Ingram was looking extra quick early on which led him to top practice but on Sunday he had bad luck with getting a post-race penalty as his car had a significant overboost.
Cataclean Plato Racing had a strong opening to the weekend, with Daniel Rowbottom going top on qualifying on Saturday. The Mercedes looked very fast over the weekend especially in qualifying. Adam Morgan scored multiple top 10 finishes but he got handed a five second penalty for a lesser overboost infringement.
Sutton went into this weekend in high hopes going into P1 in the second race and the third race. He left Donington as the championship leader. Cammish and Sutton made Napa the highest scoring team overall.
