Seewooruthun Signs with Rodin Motorsport for 2026

The 19-year-old British racing driver is set to race in FREC (Formula Regional European Championship) with Rodin Motorsport for 2026.

Following a successful 2025 season in the GB3 Championship racing for Argenti, Seewooruthun signed with Rodin Motorsport for the 2026 season. Rodin Motorsport broke the news of the signing via their Instagram page.

Overall in the GB3 standings, Reza placed fifth, achieving five podiums and one race win, which came in the reverse grid race (Race 3) at the Hungaroring. In 2025, Seewooruthun also took part in three rounds of the Formula Regional Middle East Championship racing for Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited where he came seventeenth in the overall standings.

Seewooruthun began his racing career in 2021 when he started with karting and made an impact quite quickly winning the English Karting Championship in the Junior Rotax category only a year into karting. Following this, Reza had signed with R Racing to join the Ginetta Junior Championship in 2023.

After his season in Ginettas, he made the switch to single-seater Formula cars, racing in both British F4, in which he finished third in the overall standings and F4 in the UAE. For UAE F4, it was Seewooruthun's rookie season and he had placed sixteenth in the overall standings. He had also raced in the Euro 4 Championship and the FIA Motorsport Games for Team GB in 2024.
